Queenie Bautista-Ilagan is a business leader and long-time advocate for compassionate community service. She studied Office Information Technology, then built a strong career as an entrepreneur and executive across logistics, finance, BPO manning, and import-export. She currently serves as President and CEO of TL Trafi Logistics Inc., Chairman and CFO of Islend Financing Corp., CFO of Anchor Admin Services Inc., and CFO of First East Resources Inc.
She joined JCI in 2021 and has taken on roles that reflect her steady commitment to service and leadership. She served as Director for Special Projects in 2022, Treasurer in 2023, Vice President in 2024, and Executive Vice President in 2025. She has chaired and co-chaired key initiatives such as the March GMM, Angat Pinoy Booth, Project Management, and Bags to School, while also contributing to programs like Zero Waste, Oh My Gulay, From Farm to Fork, and COFEX.
Her leadership vision centers on creating a stronger and kinder Alabang through compassion, impactful projects, and genuine community empowerment. Guided by the pillars of wisdom, empathy, leadership, and legacy, she focuses on strengthening engagement, supporting environmental efforts, and uplifting social enterprises.
Her flagship program, Queen with Heart, reflects her belief in leadership rooted in compassion and service. Through projects such as Project WELL, Green Alabang, and SouthRise, she aims to inspire sustainable growth and meaningful change across the community.
