Marga Dumlao brings a solid mix of academic preparation, corporate leadership, and long-term commitment to JCI Alabang. She completed her AB in International Studies at De La Salle University Manila and pursued further studies in Early Childhood Development at Northern Virginia College. Professionally, she works as AVP for Digital Sales at HSBC Philippines, where she manages growth initiatives and digital sales performance.
She has been an active JCI leader since 2019, serving as Local Training Director, Treasurer in 2020, and Vice President for Internal Affairs in 2025. Her work focuses on strengthening internal systems, supporting member development, and ensuring that chapter operations run efficiently.
For 2026, she aims to expand strategic leadership and operational excellence by building frameworks that reinforce internal capabilities, membership development, project impact, and fundraising. She targets a 20 percent increase in wide-scale national projects compared to 2025, plans to strengthen the membership engagement program, and seeks to help raise 50 percent more funds for internal programs and external initiatives.
Her approach to leadership combines structure, clear planning, and steady support for members, all aimed at advancing the chapter’s growth and impact.
