Brandon Cachapero

Brandon “Don” Cachapero is a data science consultant and community leader with a background in financial management, graduating with a BS in Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University Manila. He works with Taleum as a Data Science Consultant, where he supports analytics and research for strategic and development-focused projects.

He is also active in youth and community organizations, serving as a member of Global Shapers Manila and Play It Forward. His work across these groups focuses on youth development, social impact, and community engagement.

Don joined JCI Alabang in 2024 and quickly moved into leadership as the 2025 Local Skills Development Director. He completed the Gabay Year 4 program, Innovation Academy, and was recognized as an Academy Voyager Awardee, Layag Compass Awardee, Captain’s Energy Awardee, and Metro Area Top 5 Most Outstanding New Member Nominee.

As the 2026 Vice President for Internal Affairs, he centers on strengthening member engagement through consistent events and workshops, supporting cross-chapter collaboration, and increasing the chapter’s visibility through active social media presence and recruitment. He also aims to enhance the chapter’s internal database to better track member information, attendance, and training progress, ensuring that growth and development are monitored effectively.

He is committed to helping build a chapter that is active, connected, and ready to deliver meaningful programs for the community.
