The 2020 Board of Directors of JCI Alabang is a dynamic blend of experienced officers and first-time leaders. The roster includes three long-serving board members — President Iza Antonio, Executive Vice President Gian Paulo Nacino, and VP Miguel Carandang — who each marked their fourth year of service to the chapter. Supporting them were two second-term board members and seven newly appointed leaders stepping into their roles for the first time.
The presence of new leaders reflects JCI Alabang’s commitment to its mission of developing young leaders and creating meaningful opportunities for growth. Notably, five of the seven first-time board members were only new “baby Jaycees” during President Kiel Villamin’s term the previous year — a testament to the organization’s leadership pipeline.
As the chapter continues to recruit active citizens ready to take on responsibility, the 2020 Board carried forward one clear aspiration for every member: to Be Better — in leadership, service, and personal development.
