A revitalized leadership team determined to strengthen foundations, honor legacy, and expand JCI Alabang’s impact within the community.
Chapter Revival Era
Strengthening Foundations
Presenting the 2016 JCI Alabang Board of Directors.
Led by President RJ Paguyo, the 2016 Board marked the chapter’s third year since its revival — a milestone moment defined by growth and consolidation. Carrying forward the legacy of the two presidents before him, the leadership focused on reinforcing the strong foundations laid in previous years.
Now firmly stabilized, the chapter continued building on its established projects while expanding its reach to create lasting positive change in Alabang and its community.
The 2016 Board brought together a dynamic combination of seasoned officers and new leaders. Though coming from diverse professional backgrounds and industries, these 13 individuals formed a powerful blend of experience, strategy, and innovation — each leveraging their individual strengths to elevate JCI Alabang to new heights.
