JCI Alabang – Where Visionary Leaders Rise.
At the heart of every thriving community is strong, values-driven leadership. That’s what we cultivate at JCI Alabang, a local chapter of Junior Chamber International Philippines dedicated to empowering young people to create positive and sustainable change. Our programs are designed to develop the next generation of leaders while making a tangible difference in the communities we serve. Whether through leadership training, nationwide initiatives, or innovative grassroots projects, JCI Alabang champions people-powered progress guided by the values of service, growth, and collaboration.
JCI Alabang’s projects follow JCI’s mission to empower young people through hands-on learning. Foundational courses like Discover, Explore, and Adventure introduce core values, while leadership programs teach communication, project management, and conflict resolution. Advanced trainings in facilitation and public speaking equip members to lead teams and create lasting impact.
Our commitment to service extends beyond the classroom. JCI Alabang participates in national initiatives such as Bags to School, promoting inclusive education aligned with SDG 4; Got Heart, providing medical and wellness services aligned with SDG 3; and Beyond Prison Walls, supporting restorative justice initiatives aligned with SDG 16. Since its revival in 2014, the chapter has also sustained flagship local programs including Peace in a Cup, a social enterprise supporting farmers in Mindanao; Gumball Rally, a fundraising motorcade for cancer patients; Stairway to Haven, supporting vulnerable youth; A-Circles Business Forum, fostering entrepreneurship; and Project: reCREWtment, engaging millennials and Gen Z in leadership and service.
Beyond local initiatives, JCI Alabang actively supports national priority programs of JCI Philippines, including Leadership & Empowerment, Health & Well-being, Education & Opportunity, Environmental Sustainability, and Community Development initiatives that promote measurable outcomes. These programs matter because they empower members through education and skills development, encourage holistic community engagement across multiple sectors, and focus on sustainability through impact-driven projects. Initiatives like Peace in a Cup demonstrate that our work goes beyond charity by creating systemic economic, social, and emotional empowerment within communities.
