Training
JCI Courses are categorized into Foundational Courses, Leadership Courses and Advanced Courses. These courses are designed to develop leaders through their JCI Local Organizations to fulfill the JCI mission of providing development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change around the world.
Foundational Courses
JCI Discover
This course engages participants to understand why JCI exists as they focus on the core values and framework that drive the JCI Mission. It also explores the skills members can develop as leaders in the organization to create sustainable impact in a changing world.
JCI Explore
This is a course in progress to develop members’ communication, problem solving, and leadership skills. It will be recommended for members who want to understand the dynamics of Local Organization administration and management and for members who want to take up leadership roles in the organization at any level.
JCI Adventure
JCI Philippines National Conference (NATCON) 2025
This is a course in progress that will enable members to use the leadership skills learned within the organization to amplify their skills in terms of business and entrepreneurship, personal development, international cooperation and community action around the world.

Developing Leaders Through Action
JCI offers a comprehensive set of courses designed to strengthen local organizations and develop capable leaders.
Engage, Empower, Grow helps local organizations structure their recruitment processes and implement membership retention and management strategies to ensure quality and sustainable growth.
The Effective Communication series is a four-part facilitation program that builds a strong foundation in communication, covering message development, delivery, and management mastery.
The Effective Leadership course defines the leadership approach needed to address local, national, and global challenges of the 21st century.
Effective Meetings equips local organizations with the tools to plan and conduct productive, results-oriented meetings, while the Project Management course enhances members’ ability to successfully execute impactful projects using the Active Citizen Framework.

Advanced Courses
The Advanced Courses include Facilitator and Presenter, both designed to strengthen members’ communication and delivery skills.
TheFacilitator course enhances participants’ facilitation abilities by providing the techniques needed to effectively share and promote the JCI message, while the
Presenter course helps members develop strong presentation skills to create impactful project reports and confidently participate in local meetings.
