After taking up Philosophy and Theology at San Carlos Seminary in Makati City under the Archdiocese of Manila, Admore pursued his passion for youth development. He studied Professional Education at Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan and served as a Campus Minister, Formator, and Educator in the same institution in Cagayan de Oro City.

Leaving the academe behind, he embarked on a new chapter by joining Children International in Legazpi City. In this role, he empowered hundreds of disadvantaged youths, helping them gain confidence and become career-ready.

In 2017, his expertise caught the attention of SOS Children’s Villages Philippines, where he was invited to pioneer the Child Development and Youth Empowerment Program as its National Coordinator; and shortly promoted to lead the corporate relations and partnerships of SOS Children’s Villages Philippines. Concurrently, he served as a member of the SOS Children’s Villages International Corporate Council in Vienna, Austria.

After 12 years of professional experience in Child Development and Youth Empowerment in both the academe and private non-profit organizations, he joined the United Nations Philippines as the National Officer for Philanthropy under the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).

He joined the JCI Alabang in January 2020, Director for Recruitment in 2021, Vice President for Internal Affairs in 2022 , Vice President for National Relations in 2023, Vice President for Special Projects in 2024, and the JCI Alabang President in 2025.

JCI Philippines National Conference Temiong Awardee as the 2022 Most Outstanding JCI Chairperson for his project entitled: the Blue Cap Culture Movement, a back-to-back JCI Philippines National Conference Temiong Awardee as 2022 Best Gender Equality Program and 2023 Best Civic Involvement Program.
